End User License Agreement
This EULA is an agreement between you and Nolbro Holdings LLC governing the Tired Market software, documentation, and updates. Installing, activating, or using Tired Market means you accept it.
License grant
While your subscription is active and you comply with the Legal package, Nolbro grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Tired Market on up to two activated devices for lawful research.
Ownership and reservation of rights
Tired Market is licensed, not sold. Nolbro and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
Restrictions
You may not copy or distribute the software except for a reasonable personal backup; share, rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or transfer it; bypass licensing or device controls; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source, or create derivatives except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law; remove notices; use it to provide an unauthorized hosted service; or use it unlawfully.
License credentials and devices
Keep license credentials private. Activation records associate a license with devices. Device resets or replacements may require support. Nolbro may revoke compromised, shared, fraudulent, or abused credentials.
Updates and third-party components
Updates may replace or modify the software. The application includes third-party components governed by their notices and licenses; those terms apply to the relevant components. External services are not licensed by this EULA.
Subscription end
When entitlement ends, the right to use the software ends, subject to any paid-through or offline grace period. Local research data is not intentionally removed by ordinary uninstallation or subscription expiration, but you are responsible for backups.
Research and warranty terms
The Investment Research Disclaimer, warranty disclaimer, and liability limitations in the Terms of Service are incorporated into this EULA.
